Project Delivery
Our team have considerable experience in providing Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrator and Project Management Services on a wide range of projects procured Traditionally or on a Design and Build basis. The Team at Skipper Associates have a comprehensive knowledge of the JCT suite of Construction Contracts.
We can also provide Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy services on projects alongside other project delivery services to assist our clients in managing budgets during the lifespan of their project, as well as managing Applications for payment from contractors and dealing with Changes/Variations.
Party Wall Surveying
Depending on the scope of construction works you are proposing, these could trigger the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 (The Act). Our Team have extensive knowledge in providing advice and surveying services in relation to the Act and can fulfil the role of Building Owner’s Surveyor, Adjoining Owner’s Surveyor or as the Agreed Surveyor.

Dilapidations
Our experienced team can use their considerable knowledge in dealing with Dilapidations in relation to commercial leases. This includes acting on behalf of landlords and tenants. Skipper Associates can prepare Interim and Terminal Dilapidations schedules as well as managing any subsequent negotiations on behalf of the respective party in order to achieve the best settlement possible for our client.
